For winter's rains and ruins are over,
And all the seasons of snows and sins;
The days dividing lover and lover,
The light that loses, the night that wins;
For winter's rains and ruins are over,
And all the seasons of snows and sins;
The days dividing lover and lover,
The light that loses, the night that wins;

Looks like someone had fun at the park :)
Great pictures!
Oh, please let winter be over soon. Please?
i don't know the poem, but it's great, and love how you put the shots in with it!
He just gets more adorable every day, huh?
You poor, poor people, with snow still on the ground!
Winter's OVER, right? This day at the park (for us, too) wasn't just a TEASE, was it? Is it FINALLY over?
Beautiful pics!!!
Yes, winter's over on my side of the world but it is still kind of gloomy with much rain these days. :(
By the way, nice pics.
Oh gosh I hope winter is over.
Looks like fun at the park.
Wonderful poem. The pics are precious.
I'd like to meet old man winter so I could poop on his bitter, jaded old frosty beard. Then I'd get my baby to poop on him, too, for good measure.
END IT!
I can't believe that you guys still have now up there! I hope that it gets warm soon so you can take some much funner park pictures.
Graham is the cutest! I'm so happy for spring.
Gorgeous shots, DMD! Here's hoping the warm weather sticks around for a loooong time...

But...
Yay for spring!
Simply refreshing! =) I am craving this kind of weather.
Cute pictures! I can't wait to loose our hats and mittens.
It is supposed to reach near 60 degrees here tomorrow. I might break out my flip flops. :)
Looks like you had a good time at the park and that it is warming up for you in your neck of the woods.
Have a great weekend!
Btw...I'm going to add you to my blog roll. Let me know if that's not ok... :)
may you see just the smallest glimpse of a little spring bud today!
Happy weekend
We always rejoice and celebrate the summer solstice (June 21st), as the "longest day"
My family being French always mourned it as "The shortest night"
I love the French philosophy.

I am sooo ready for Spring. Still cold here (MA) as well
My family all lives in Waterloo, and they are very eagerly looking forward to the end of winter and snow. I still haven't convinced them to give the west coast a try, but one more winter like that one and I might win!
Our household celebrated our own version of earth day today and we all walked to work! Granted, I'm only 5 blocks, but the others had to hoof it a little farther. The birds are singing, the snow is melting. Bring on the spring!
And after Easter? All bets are off with flip flops. They must be worn.
Yay! the playground! My kids have been begging to go, can't wait.
Great photos, and poetry. Have a wonderful weekend, DMD.
Is it time to go to bed? :-)
