Good thing he was there to protect me

I had the weirdest feeling all afternoon.

Like perhaps I was being watched...

and tiny creatures were lurking amongst the decor...

or peering at me from the plants.

Naturally I dispatched my boy to investigate...

to gather evidence...

to establish supremacy over any chocolaty interlopers...

and to put them in their place.

Hope everyone had a wonderful Easter!

Very cute post. We hid some things a little too good at our house so we could go back later to eat them after the kids are in bed.

So cute! Brings back all the fun of eggs hunts. My girl was "too old" for it this year. There are pluses and minuses to that.

I had all three kids in bed by 7pm when their sugar highs hit rock bottom. Then Mama tore into the chocolate!!! :)

Hope your little guy enjoyed his sugar!

IMMEDIATELY upon looking at these magical images "... 'Sunshine, lollipops, and rainbows, everything that's wonderful' is how I feel when we're together" sprang into my mind. I haven't heard that song in ... well a very long time. But your inspiring and uplifting presentation of this marvelous moment has my soul singing.

I love you!

That's too cute! This story reminded me that we still have one boiled egg still inaccounted for in our backyard. Hmm...

Oh - and I will never accept that I won't someday magically catch up on sleep. I mean, logically, I KNOW it will never happen, but I just can't ACCEPT it. LOL!
