Do you believe in magic?

What if I told you there is a delicious and easy dessert you can make in less than half an hour that is gluten and lactose-free and uses no eggs or butter?

I am not lying! And while they're not magic, LeeAnne's gluten-free crispy honey almond bars are pretty darn close. Check them out over at Don Mills Diva Recipes and Reviews.

Oooooooooh! Thanks for posting this! One of our nieces is lactose intolerant AND is allergic to gluten! Now that they've found out that she can have nuts (all nuts, except for peanuts), this sounds like a great treat to make for her!

Oh. The only thing is that it's hard to find almonds or any other nuts that aren't processed and packaged in plants where there are no peanuts. *sigh*

I'm off to check out that recipe! Sounds magical to me!
