There was this letter sparked by some reeeaally poor judgement by McDonald's. There was the swift and sincere apology we wrenched from the Golden Arches. Then there was the contest to give away some of the bounty the big clown sent to make amends.
I wrote up all your entries and let the cutest boy I know do the honours...

ReplyDeleteI've been away for a while so I had some catching up to do. I love Graham's new haircut, I would have stopped for your husband, and I can't believe McDonalds did that! Shame on them. But it's great that they tried to make amends.

Glad you stayed there dispite the kid running the store at the time... and I'm glad you got your outcome. It's good to know your local McD isn't as heartless and money grubbing as some! The bad thing about McD is that it can be owned by anyone, and even though the image they have is not always the image of those who own it.
